Delicacy and elegance are the core values of Traminer Aromatico Quadri DOC, that finds its origins in Friulan calcareous and gravel-rich soils: the altitude and the important temperature variations between day and night play a major role in defining the notes of these wines.
From the thermoregulated fermentation phases, the evolution of the grapes takes place entirely in steel, until it concludes its fermentation journey in bottle, where it remains for the last 2 months before being ready.
The olfactory and gustatory sensations experienced during the tasting of Traminer Aromatico Quadri propose the idea of a full, complex and, at the same time, delicate wine. Right from the beginning, the nose picks up refined notes, made up of subtle notes of jasmine and rosewater, lychee and wildflowers.
Once in the mouth, the wine sheds its delicacy to leave room for freshness and acidity, with a fruity aftertaste that generates a pleasant length of flavour. To be served at 10/12°C, it is ideal to accompany simple and complex fish dishes.
